Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging and condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to the nature of our organic food products.
Refund Amount Upon successful return and inspection, you will receive a 100% refund of the product price. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will share return instructions and the return address
- Ship the product back in its original condition
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping in such cases.
